You are cordially invited to join fellow Haas alums for a unique community service project on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at the Oakland Zoo from 9 am to noon. Volunteers will gather at the Oakland Zoo in Knowland Park where our group will work on habitat restoration and landscape management projects.
It will be wonderful way to enjoy a weekend summer morning with fellow Haas alums helping to restore habitats or assisting with other projects to make our animals’ lives more comfortable.

Please enter the Zoo at the Golf Links Entrance and drive up to the Main Entrance at the Zoo. When you arrive through the main gate (the parking booth will not be open), take the second left which leads to this building.
Cost: FREE
- If registrants are under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult.
- Each participant will get free parking and a ticket to visit the zoo after our event
- There are several cafes within the zoo where food can be purchased
