Join us for a dynamic, experiential, interactive workshop on dealing with difficult conflicts more effectively, hosted by Dr. Susan Bernstein, MBA ’94.

When you attend this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about the three key roles we unconsciously play that create unnecessary drama, and identify how these roles have impacted power dynamics throughout our lives
  • Experiment with each of the three roles in conflict dramas to get an inner sense of the roles, needs, and unexpressed power
  • Discover an approach to conflict that empowers everyone to achieve collaborative “power with,” rather than “power over.”
  • Define strategies for transforming dynamics in your own environment.

A career & executive coach for over 15 years, Dr. Susan Bernstein supports professionals to shift into increasingly higher levels of satisfaction and success in their careers. A veteran of leadership roles at companies including Intel and Accenture, she combines her pragmatic Haas MBA strategic perspective with a PhD in Somatic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
