How to Develop a Business Plan
In this workshop, Dale Radcliff will take us step-by-step through the process of developing a business plan. The program will consist of:

  1. The planning process with tips and techniques for developing a vision for your firm;
  2. Objectives setting and the identification of strategies to achieve those objectives;
  3. Clarification of methods for achieving these objectives by defining specific actions which will lead to the achievement of objectives, and the realization of your long-term vision.

About our Guest Speaker – Dale Radcliff
Dale Radcliff (BS ’74, MBA ’75) is a management consultant who works with small- and medium-size businesses with business combinations, strategic planning, marketing, finance and organizational development issues. He coaches CEOs in improving business performance and is an experienced facilitator of CEO peer advisory boards.
