The Conflict Shift: How to Move from Conflict to Cooperation – April 19, 2016

Join us for a dynamic, experiential, interactive workshop on dealing with difficult conflicts more effectively, hosted by Dr. Susan Bernstein, MBA ’94.

When you attend this workshop, you will:

  • Learn about the three key roles we unconsciously play that create unnecessary drama, and identify how these roles have impacted power dynamics throughout our lives
  • Experiment with each of the three roles in conflict dramas to get an inner sense of the roles, needs, and unexpressed power
  • Discover an approach to conflict that empowers everyone to achieve collaborative “power with,” rather than “power over.”
  • Define strategies for transforming dynamics in your own environment.

A career & executive coach for over 15 years, Dr. Susan Bernstein supports professionals to shift into increasingly higher levels of satisfaction and success in their careers. A veteran of leadership roles at companies including Intel and Accenture, she combines her pragmatic Haas MBA strategic perspective with a PhD in Somatic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She blends her deep psychological insights with innovative tools and processes to guide her clients to make sensational shifts in both personal and professional arenas.
